He was known as "Junker (Squire) Tobias" and was the “forpagter” (tenant manager) of Stubbergaard100 for 12 years. Around the time of his father's death he inherited/purchased Ny Skivehus, which he owned from 1812 to his death in 1817.99
DEATH On his death record it is noted that he was “Proprietær til Nye Skivehus.”

Birth year calculated from death date - a previous genealogist said he died at age 47, but we have no source and his death record in Skive says nothing about his age.

Stubbergård is also known as Stubber Kloster. It is a small island in the middle of Stubbergård Sø.
