Leo Miller, 87
Funeral services for Leo Miller age 87 of Blair, who died at Immanuel Medical Center, July 3, 1990, are 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 6, at First Lutheran Church with Rev. J. David Nelson officiating. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.
Leo A. Miller was born on May 13, 1903 at rural Herman, Nebraska to Christoffer and Lovisa Andersen Miller. On April 25, 1928, he married Elna Rasmussen at Omaha, Nebraska.
He farmed until the early 1960s at which time he purchased the White Spot Produce Station and the Ace Cleaners. That was the last cream station in Blair.
After his retirement in 1965, he helped his son Daryl in the Miller-Rolland Furniture Store.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Carl, Joe and Lawrence; and a sister Minnie Anderson.
He is survived by his wife, Elna; two sons and daughters-in-law, Daryl and Janice Miller and Dale and Sharon Miller, all of Blair; five grandchildren, five great-granddaughters; three sisters, Sophie Richter, Martha Spanton, both of Blair, and Lillie Anderson of Idaho.
