CENSUS 1860 (Graaskov, Thorning, Viborg S563)1856 age 59, widowed.
In Census 1840 (Lille Graaskov) there is a widow living with the family, Maren Pedersdatter age 84. The note by her name appears to say “Aftægtskone og Huusmoder Bedstemoder”, but her name doesn’t match the names found for Niels Hansen and Ane Cathrine Thygesdatter’s parents. Possible mismatch? There are no other boys named Niels Hansen born in Thorning Sogn 1799-1803.
