Obituary:
Mrs. Elvina Nelson Dies In California
Mrs. Elvina Nelson, formerly of Washington, Nebraska died at her home in San Francisco, California, Monday morning and will be buried Friday at the Prairie view Cemetery near Washington beside her husband who passed away in 1939. She moved to California in 1940.
Mrs. Nelson was born to Mr. and Mrs. Nels Anderson on May 15, 1888 and united in marriage on August 15, 1906 to Adolph Nelson. Survivors are one son, Howard of Los Gatos, California; a brother, A.C. Anderson of Kennard; a sister, Mrs. Peter Olson of Rosewood City, California and two grandchildren. One son, Walter, preceded her in death.
Rev. H.C. Jorgensen will officiate at the funeral services at 2 P.M. Friday at the Bendorf Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Anderson, Alvin Anderson, Henry Kroeger, Louis Hager, Harlan Christensen and Fred Puls.
