In CENSUS 1801 (Kragelund, Viborg S194)740 he is 17 and living with his parents in Kragelund.
It appears he and Kirsten Rasmusdatter were betrothed 4 Jan 1799 in Kragelund (record is just above their marriage record, which is dated 1808). For some reason, they had an 8-year engagement.
CENSUS 1834 (Kragelund en Gaard udflyttet, Kragelund, Viborg S195)669 age 50, living with his daughter Ane and other children on the farm.
He did not remarry after his wife passed away in 1833. (Censuses 1840, 1845, CENSUS 1850 (Kragelund, Viborg S192)741, Kragelund).
